St Peter's new High Altar Frontal

The new High Altar Frontal at St Peter's was dedicated and blessed during the Parish Eucharist on Sunday 27th June. This has been made possible through the generosity of the family of Geoff Blackwell and of Pam McLean, who both loved St Peter's church .

We thank Lydia Smith for many months of hard work in designing and making the altar frontal and all who have helped her. The new frontal replaces the old and worn pre-WW2 on, and will be used for festivals and celebrations such as Christmas and Easter. It matches the green High Altar frontal below, dedicated two years ago.
