Young Musicians from Chetham's International School of Music in Manchester - some of the classical stars of the future.

Young musicians from Chetham’s  have often been among the finalists of the BBC Young Musician of Year and Classical Star, and the majority go on to professional careers in music.

Visiting Coggeshall were seven talented youngsters aged between 13 and 17.

A lunchtime concert by the Coggeshall Baroque Trio, Sue Evans, Sue Jenkins and Janet Banks, performed to a big audience in church.

Some of the Octavia Wind Ensemble were former Essex Youth Orchestra members, and are all talented musicians and teachers in their own right. A Fund-raising evening in 2007 for the Faithful Friends project at our link Parish of Emmanuel Forest Gate was led  by Kelvedon Catholic Church's Folk Band. "The Journey" was a devotional evening of music and readings based on the life of Christ. This talented band are pictured here:
