Green Pennant Award 2010
Coggeshall's churchyard has been awarded the prestigious Green Pennant Award - a national award that recognises high quality green spaces in England and Wales that are managed by voluntary and community groups. Our thanks to Jill Tattersfield and John Sparrow, together with the many volunteers and different groups who help keep our churchyard looking so good.

Visitor from the USA

Bishop Chilton Knudsen

It was good to welcome the assistant Bishop of Haiti (left) pictured with the Archdeacon of Colchester, Judith Sweetman and Fr Philip. Instead of a sermon, the bishop was quizzed by St Peter's Youth on a variety of topics including Haiti and women's minstry. Bishop Chilton is one of a small number of women bishops in the Anglican Communion.

First Holy Communion

On Easter Day it was a joy for the Church Family to see the children, pictured here, making their First Communion.
