St Peter's Walking Group

Do you ever feel inspired when you are out walking? Do you like the idea of doing an easy, local walk in the company of a friendly, supportive group?

Our St Peter's Walking Group meets bi-monthly on a Sunday at 1.30pm at the Church Lychgate. More information below. Dates are as follows:

St Peter's Walking Group is a friendly group of church and non-church folk who meet every other month to explore the countryside by local footpaths.

Each walk lasts about three to four hours, with a good break for rest and refreshment halfway through. The group varies in size from between six and twenty-six people and all ages are welcome. The walks take place on Sunday afternoons, meeting at St Peter's Church lychgate at 1.30pm. In 2008, our walks centred on Coggeshall, but in 2009 we hope to hire the community bus for some of our walks, enabling us to explore new footpaths and countryside slightly further afield.

Do join us! It is a great way to get to know other people and to enjoy the peace and beauty of rural Essex and East Anglia.
